Since 1981, the non-profit Australian American Chamber of Commerce San Francisco Bay Area has dedicated itself to providing a social, cultural and business platform for people who are interested in Australia. You’ll find interesting, informative programs and seminars as well as helpful networking with business and government contacts. The Chamber hosts a unique range of social events specifically designed for our members. Just for Fun
The Chamber hosts a unique range of social gatherings for Members from “The Ashes” cricket match to “The Grand Final” night to the gala event of the year, “The Australia Day Ball” - just to name a few. In addition, we meet socially each month for the ever- popular “Drinks Night”. We also have great support from the Australian food and wine industry for special innovative events and activities.
In Business
Many of our Members are senior executives at leading US and Australian companies therefore our business events are designed to support networking and mentoring for the Australian corporate community. These high-caliber events attract strong attendance levels enhancing the productive working environments and outcomes.
We host meetings with visiting Australian politicians where Members can discuss issues and Government strategies, arrange business seminars with leading experts on doing business in the US and Australia, and we collaborate with other industry networking groups for larger scale or specialist events.
